PSP Investigate Mannequin With ‘Blackface’ Found Hanging

State police report they are investigating an incident where a mannequin with “blackface” was found hanging.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, on Friday, December 22 around 12:30 a.m., troopers responded to High Road in Cass Township.
198 DUI arrests over Christmas holiday in PA Police say they received a report of a mannequin with blackface hanging from the neck. Further details on the incident was not given by state police.
Blackface is a term used when a person wears makeup to imitate the appearance of a Black person and is considered highly offensive.
The investigation is ongoing.

As far as I am concerned, it is 100% a hoax until proven otherwise.
Racial crimes of white on black violence or racial intimidation are rare, and when they happen are the exception.
Racial crimes of black on white violence or racial intimidation are far more common.
Black on black violence is so common it is barely reported on unless there is an unusual, newsworthy aspect to it.
Almost EVERY case of intimidation with racial overtones against blacks has turned out to be a hoax, and it is nothing new, going back to the Tawana Brawley incident and even further. The Jussie Smollet hoax, the Duke Lacrosse hoax, the Bubba Wallace hoax, and on, and on, and on, too numerous to mention.
Not to say this isn’t a real incident, but even if it were, it would likely be dumb ass school kids doing dumb ass things.
So yes. By default, these things should be regarded as hoaxes.
