In a move signaling ongoing economic collaboration, Russia has welcomed a second shipment of eggs from Azerbaijan, reflecting the countries’ mutual trade efforts to address domestic demands and bolster their economies. This latest import, consisting of 18 tons of table eggs, marks a continuation of Azerbaijan’s role in supplying eggs to meet Russian consumption needs amid price surges and tax suspensions on egg imports.
Addressing the Egg Price Surge
Russia’s government, grappling with a significant 15.1% price hike in November and a 40.3% increase since January, has taken decisive action. By suspending import taxes on eggs from January 1 to June 30, 2024, the government aims to stabilize the market. With a standard tax rate of 15% now waived, the Russian agricultural products watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor has also greenlit egg imports from Turkey to further alleviate market pressures.

Azerbaijan eggs exports stronk as bull!
Ask Kazan about the egg lines in his wonderful Tatarstan.

I’m sure that the Russian people are glad that communism, with its command economy and bleak, largely empty stores has been replaced with a private free-enterprise market economy.
Russia went in the right direction toward freedom in contrast with Western European and American economies transitioning to command economies with central government dictating things such as HOW energy will be produced, what transportation vehicles (e.g., EVs) and who should be hired/promoted.

Azerbaijan eggs? Yuck!
“40.3% increase since January”
That’s nothing, in the U.S. from Jan. 2022 to Jan. 2023 egg prices went up over 150%. It’s back down now, but price spikes happen:

The expression “Guns or Butter” meets Bidenomics. Now it’s “Guns or Eggs”. Butter is a forgone luxury.
Certainly not if Fauci has one of his labs there?
Still waiting in line for your Azerbaijan egg ration? Brrrrrr!
“Would you eat an egg from Azerbaijan?”
I’ve eaten chicken eggs from several parts of the world(South Africa, Egypt, New Jersey, etc) and couldn’t tell the difference.
I have come to realize that you are retarded.
