The Gen Z college grad who made headlines after tearfully sharing her struggles adjusting to a nine-to-five job on TikTok has recently been laid off with no emergency fund.
Brielle Asero, who lives in New Jersey, revealed that she lost her first post-grad job, a position that took her five months to secure, in a recent video that has garnered over 500,000 views.
'I got laid off from my first post-grad job - the one that took me five months to find, and for which I moved to New York City,' she said, adding that it's not her fault.
The University of South Carolina alum said she doesn't have an emergency fund because 'everything goes toward living expenses, commute, and everything else.'
The layoff comes after she broke down in tears in October, sharing her struggles to find time for a life outside of her four-hour round commute and long workdays.

Looking at this girl’s picture I have to ask, do women think that men like Caterpillar eyebrows and all that mascara and long painted nails? I don’t find any of that attractive. The girl’s good looking but her makeup and nails look like crap to me, nothing attractive about it.
As a woman, I agree, but many guys her age think that looks good. They’re a product of her their culture, just as she is. (Lucky for me, tapered pants ala Laura Petry are back in style, ‘cause I’m still wearin’ em after all these years. Come to think of it, those big eyebrows are from the 60’s, too.)

Glad my wife ditched the stuff 41 years ago. Nothing to mess up, more free time, and $$$ saved. Does her own hair too. Never cuts it.
(It used to break off at about 2 feet. I don’t know if it was menopause, but in the last 7-8 years it has reached 3 1/2 feet, and I love it!)
Does she also only wear dresses or skirts down to her ankles, swim in a “bathing dress”, and keep her arms covered at all times?

The $500 computer is a tool that can contribute to a company earning millions in whatever industry it's in.
I see 10 years as an ‘Onlyfans’ star, then beauty school, then a trailer park unless she meets a sugar daddy willing to take care of her by supplying a nice big house, car, and huge monthly allowance.

The money is in the machinery to those who manufacture it and the jobs they create. Your example of computers is a fine example. That used to be US technology. Now it’s made in Taiwan and China, and the people making it are paying into their infrastructure, military, and retirement plans instead of ours.
