WWE icon Hulk Hogan has been baptized.
His ceremony took place at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Florida, as noted by the social media slideshow he shared Wednesday night.
“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life,” the 70-year-old star captioned the post. “No worries, no hate, no judgment… only love!”

The thing about this is that he’s a public figure who’s been publicly baptized into the faith. He will be held up to an impossible standard by the modern pharisees, and mocked and ridiculed for his pronouncements. He would have been better to have kept this quiet.
I wish him the best. If I never hear about it again, he will have succeeded.

Good point. During the ‘70s quite a few celebrities were born again and celebrated their new faith publicly.
As soon as they did, the pharisees gave them such a hard time for every real or presumed indiscretion that they soon chose to remain silent.

About 30 years ago ... our pastor mentioned on a Sunday morning how he had been seated next to a very famous person (Hulk Hogan) on recent return flight from conference (in Chicago, I think).
I was sitting there thinking, “well, I sat with the Creator of the universe this morning while I was reading His Word”.
