Ignore any ruling from the Court no matter which way it goes.

It’s an anti-illegal bill.
There’s a difference.

These groups have less “standing” than Trump had when he asked courts to review the election fraud.

At this point, TX and a bunch of the other states bearing the brunt of this colossal invasion/mess need to take action, ignore any judge, ignore feds, ignore evertyone. Good citizens need to step in a support those states. Each should pass laws like TX just did, then deputize 500,000 citizens to get control of the border. Elect Trump, then initiate the largest deportation program in history to remove no less than 30 million illegals.

Corrupted courts will never allow Texas or any other state to defend the border against this invasion. Like other FReepers have stated, the time has come to defy the courts if we wish to survive as America (it may be too late already).
To: DFG
It pains me to say it but this bill was conservative virtue signalling all the way.
All involved knew it would not survive the week.

The ACLU and other plaintiffs should be required to put up a Bond for the amount of money that State will incur to service Illegal Aliens for a whole year, and if the Judge says NO, Begin Civil Asset Forfeiture proceedings against ALL Federal Employee’s in the State to pay for it.
It is a Federal Problem right, MAKE THEM PAY by Force if needed.

"We’re suing to block one of the most extreme anti-immigrant bills in the country," said Adriana Piñon, legal director of the ACLU of Texas. It's only immigration when they come through a valid entry checkpoint with the proper documentation.

I see many different ACLU ads on late night TV. They are horrible! They spew that “We The People” means “ALL The People”. Video running behind the narrative shows freaks and foreigners, as if they were what the Founders had in mind when writing the Preamble.

Under the Texas law, migrants ordered to leave would be sent to ports of entry along the border with Mexico, even if they are not Mexican citizens. Mexico is under no international obligation to accept an alien that is not a Mexican national. They will turn them around and refuse them entry even though they were in Mexico just a few hours ago.
The US and Canada do the same thing. If an alien from Russia crossed illegally from the US into Mexico or Canada and they tried to return them to our port of entry they would get refused entry.
Them's the rules.
