Are you certain it is that black and white?
Regardless, there remain too many who still want more blood.
Those regions did not secede, they were seized by Russia. Nor were they disenfranchised. They could have participated in the following elections if it were not for Russian occupation. Enough with the Russian propaganda. It is Russia who chose war over peace.
Simple answer: yes. Don't make it out to be more complicated than it really is. Putin had said for years that he thought it was a mistake for Lenin to recognize Ukraine's right to independence. He just waited for a period of U.S. weakness under Biden to correct that mistake.
Regardless, there remain too many who still want more blood.
The only ones who are pushing for more blood are the Russians and their supporters. Russia goes home and this all stops. It really is that simple.
Early afternoon Ukraine Propaganda Thread brought to you by Denys Davydov and Mommy Dearest.
CNN: UKRAINE HAS HAD A TERRIBLE WEEK.[ Link Below]
CNN. An Actual News Organization
Not like Denys Davydov who lives large in Switzerland, who is not a Journalist.
Is not with a Credible News Organization. Who is not embedded with Ukie Troops on the ground.
I believe a real News Organization vs a Ukraine draft dodging Citizen Journalist.
And what does that have to do with the false contention that certain Ukrainian provinces voted to secede rather than having been militarily seized by Russia?
It does little good to point to that, which isn’t even a contention I have put forth by the way, given all the other provocation going on. That’s what.
Peace was on the table. Signed and agreed to, even. On a promise Ukraine would not join NATO.
So who wants NATO right up against every Russian Border until the nukes start flying?
Who wants and needs World War 3 in order to maintain their new world “Order”?
Except that Russia reneged in Minsk II by not withdrawing its forces from Donbas and handing over the border to Ukrainian control, and by blocking the referendum that Ukraine had planed. If this is all about NATO expansion, then let Russia agree to withdrawal in exchange for Ukrainian neutrality. No? I did not think so.
Putin has unlimited designs on Ukraine. The pro-Russia crowd stinks, and I don’t care how they rationalize their position.
Because he was about to renege on the previously agreed EU-Ukraine agreement and hand over Ukraine to Russian control. A little fact that Russian apologists conveniently always ignore. It is also a fact that was removed by vote of the democratically elected parliament and that a new election for the president was immediately called. The Russian occupied areas could have participated in this and the following election if it were not for the Russian occupation.
The Russian army isn’t defeating anyone. Putin is a clown with dreams of empire, and his defenders are making fools of themselves.
Hah! Running out of logical arguments you had to resort to a personal attack. It just shows the weakness of your position.
Why do you waste your time supporting the dumbass Putin?
Of course, it’s a Civil War. There is no history of Ukraine, being an independent country, most the people speak Russian. It’s been part of the Soviet Union for 70 years and the fallout from the Soviet Union is still not over, as in the Ukraine. It’s none of our concern, anybody that thinks it is, should go there and help, not post their BS and propaganda here and this says nothing about whether Russia is good or bad, or whether Ukraine is good or bad. It should be noted, though that Ukraine has canceled elections, canceled, political parties, canceled, religious groups, and is now gelled ahead of their largest religious denomination great track record for somebody that people want to defend.
Being that she’s a UMC “reverend”, I’d say there’s a COEXIST bumper sticker somewhere on her car.
NATO is going to be right up against Russia’s border, and it was Putin’s aggression that brought it about. Given Putin’s imperial intentions, NATO should be right up against Russia’s border.
