I witnessed a similar scene in a McDonald's about six weeks ago. A young, overweight black woman got mad about something, started shouting at the (Hispanic) employees, and challenged one of the female employees to a fight. At this point, a male employee asked the woman to leave, so she grabbed a bunch of straws and ketchup packets, threw them on the floor, and then threw a stack of trays on the floor.
About two weeks later, in an incident reminiscent of the "Whammy Burger" scene in "Falling Down," a young black man started shouting because they still weren't serving breakfast at 1 pm.
