How can that be so? I just learned from the posts on this thread that the Russian economy is collapsing and their army is being defeated everywhere.

We need to make sure that they understand that and don't build themselves up again and try again. If nothing else, the Russians just don't seem to learn the way other people do which is why they invaded Ukraine. They need to be defeated utterly/

However much Russians are suffering, Ukrainian reports say Russians are still conducting massive "Meat Wave" assaults in areas around Avdiivka, Bakhmut and now also Krynke (near Kherson).
Ukrainians say Russia's "Fall Offensives" result in Russian losses around 1,000 per day, a number higher than estimates of First World War Russian losses in 1915 to 1916 -- circa 750 per day.

Some Ukrainians say their own losses run about one-third those of Russia from Russia's "Meat Wave" assaults.

Make up your minds. Either Russia is losing badly and they are not a threat to anyone else, or they are winning and then they will attack Poland or wherever.
