How can she possibly say it is politically incorrect, when the rage now is to blame the white man for all of the worlds evils? They even say all whites should be eliminated, in schools at all levels to the white's faces.

The phrase "speaks with a forked tongue" means to deliberately say one thing and mean another or, to be hypocritical, or act in a duplicitous manner.
