Special Dispatch to the New-York Times.

WASHINGTON, Sunday, Dec. 6.

Rumors from the front to-night are to the effect that LEE's whole army is on this side of the Rapidan.

It is also believed that he has been reinforced by a portion of LONGSTREET's corps from East Tennessee.

On yesterday evening two empty trains were dispatched to the front, for the purpose, it is supposed, of bringing back the surplus baggage of our army.

The impression begins to prevail here, notwithstanding semi-official denials, that the Army of the Potomac will go into Winter quarters on the line of the Orange and Alexandria Railroad, some distance this side of the Rappahannock.
