I quit wearing a suit to work when my employer quit paying me
professional wages. I would only wear a suit when in a professional environment.
I still write checks. My monthly water bills are by mail, no chance to use on-line payment.

Boomers effed up because we spoiled our kids.
Boomers effed up because we allowed Democrats
to run the show.
Beauty of it all is, we got ours, and USA kids are stuck with the Democrats.
Full disclosure, my kids are doing just fine.
At the risk of intense flaming, we allowed women to raise the children as bubble wrapped babies afraid of their own shadows.
We did not allow our kids to be kids but rather to be smothered and forced into “safe” avenues.
The word “safe” became a manta and a curse. Thats where we messed up big time. Think of all the nonsense we did in the 80’s and 90’s...no dodgeball, no football, no toy guns, boys could not be boys but had to be as girls.
Thats where we messed up...giving them everything, smothering them and demanding nothing from them.
And I blame women in general for most of it....AND weak fathers who said nothing.

When you look at what happened to America you should take a look at that generation of 1900 to 1925.
In 1960 they would range in age from 35 years of age to age 60.
In 1970 ranging from age 45 to 70, think about what you know about the leadership of America in every institution, in the Congress, the Senate, the courts, the universities, corporations, the entertainment industry, social work fields, activist organizations like NOW and the ACLU, everywhere.
For more fun and games start pondering the generation that followed them, 1925-1945 and their age at the America shaping timelines.
It didn’t mention click bait going away, so I assume click bait will continue into the next generations.
Spoiled their kids.
They didn’t care about the sustainment of organizations. They just wanted to use things up.
Take any organization that existed in 1963. It probably is gone or severely diminished as the boomers didn’t care to do membership drives, recruitments, or fund raisers. They wanted to part of of it, use it up, and to Hell with future generations.
#1… Baby Boomers… duh!
Hard times create strong men.
Strong men create good times.
Good times create weak men.
Weak men create hard times.
The first two lines are the WW1 and WW2 generations.
The next two lines are the Boomers.

Us Boomes developed the tech you guys are so savvy about.
Too much prosperity. After the privations, shortages, and losses of WW I, Depression, and WW II, people wanted their kids to have a better life (a natural impulse). There was almost no hardship in the post-war era and Cold War. So kids were indulged and the work ethic faded. Then liberalism took advantage of the prosperity and life of leisure and taught “tolerance” which became a requirement to tolerate everything, even things that were intolerable a few years earlier. Now it’s not just tolerance, but adoption and celebration of perversions and embracing those who want to kill us (mohammaden jihadis).
We raised our kids to be hard working and self-reliant and they turned out well.
I don’t know but just from that picture of that angry screaming creature I’m not interested in reading any further lest I see more of the same.
Most of it is old tech, in some cases it is switching from people to computers doing things.
It isn’t much different from the previous generational shift, when vacuum tubes were exchanged for portable electronics with semiconductors, and elevator operators and gas pumpers went the way of the dirt farmer.

No one generation ever, ever has total power and influence. This generational sneers and snot spewing is done by people with room temperature IQs.
There has been a degradation of Western culture described by C S Lewis in “The Abolition of Man” written about 1942, long before boomers were born. Maybe people should read that book.
