A dead longhorn cow was found on the lawn of an Oklahoma State University fraternity house Friday morning, a day before a championship game between the school and the Texas Longhorns football team.
The longhorn carcass was found around 6:39 a.m. in the front yard of the university’s FarmHouse fraternity, a spokesperson for the Stillwater Police Department told CNN. The case is being investigated by the department, said spokesperson Terry Low. The person responsible could face an an animal cruelty charge, at minimum, which is a felony, Low said.

A good prank would have been to take a longhorn cow and paint it purple and put a daisy hat on him and lipstick.

Younger generations are mostly dull-witted and unimaginative. I work around them every day, and live in a college town. They do not understand the world, and don’t know how to have fun. In four years, I’ve never heard the bunch in our office cracking up at work. Quite sad. We used to have a hell of a good time, and we kicked ass professionally.
Cameras are everywhere these days. How could someone transport this bovine without being spotted?

You mean to tell me that in Texas it is illegal to butcher a bull and present it to your friend? They shouldn’t press charges. They should barbecue!
Since it’s Oklahoma they should check to see if the animal was sexually assaulted as well.

Fo sho. I raised cattle as a farmer, and hauled dead cattle (cooked down to remove grease, and ground up into powder) that became part of pet food products.
You got pet cats and/or dogs? They are likely eating cattle, hogs, and poultry that died on the farm, or were rejects at a slaughterhouse for meats for human consumption.

Reminds me of when Arlington High and Sam Houston High in Arlington Texas were rivals in the 60’s. Arlington High was the Colts and had a colt as a mascot. Sam Houston kids painted it, I think it might have died, not sure.
now i don’t know from Longhorns, but, i’d think there’s a brand/tattoo/chip someplace...

Oh yes, in the past and now we have dangerous butt wipe morons who need prison.....not only for the animals killing but getting those off the street that display this total disregard for life in this twisted way. Dahmer and Bundy ring a bell?
