While there was no argument during the trial about whether she killed O’Melia or if her psychosis was legitimate, the trial revolved around whether her cannabis intoxication was voluntary. Spejcher, whose defense said she was an inexperienced pot smoker, took the first hit but never got high, prompting O’Melia to tell her to take another, according to VC Star

Smoking marijuana is like playing Russian roulette.
Plenty of folks can handle it. But there are some individuals who are genetically susceptible to permanent psychosis and other problems after smoking marijuana, even once.
The cabal has developed the marijuana industry because they know it is a chemical weapon against our great country.

Yeah, if it was laced with PCP, maybe. Like what happened with Big Lurch.
Out of the literal hundreds of interactions I have had with people high on pot, unless there were already serious anger issues or mental illness involved, this is not the reaction people have on cannabis.
