Anyone else watch that great UW/UO PAC12 Championship game in Las Vegas tonight?
This UW Alum rejoices at the win, onto the College playoffs.
Oregon looked good with QB Bo Nix but they just couldn't pull out the win.
How about them Huskies!?
Watch out Georgia, watch out Michigan, this is the year of the Husky!
End of the Era

Poor little duckies.
Mu daughter is an Oregon State Alum, loved watching the Civil Wars back in the day.
Bamaβs chances for making the CFP just increased. Bama still needs to beat Georgia, and probably needs other help like either Michigan or Florida State or Texas losing.
Hey Bray, weren’t you talking smack about UO beating UW earlier this week? π
They played 2 great games this year. They just might be the best 2 teams. Wouldn’t shock me me if Washington wins it all.
The UGA at ‘Bama game tomorrow will be the game of the week; Alabama doesn’t lose very often in their home stadium.
Even if Alabama beats Georgia, they are not getting into the final four.
Except when they played Texas!
Great game.
1 Georgia @ 8 Alabama 4:00 PM CBS Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, GA
They may be the home team, but they are playing in Georgia.
Tickets as low as $368 A steal.
Woof, woof from a fellow Husky alum.
There would need to be chaos tomorrow to get Alabama into the final four.
They would need to beat Georgia by 50 points and Michigan, Florida State and Texas would all have to lose.
Could happen, but it ain’t going to happen.
I knew FSU and Louisville play on Saturday.
I also did not know that Alabama plays Georgia on Saturday.
Alabama still has a clean shot to make the Top 4 with a victory.
In 2024, NCAA football will have 12 play off teams.
That's crazy.
Conference Championships, plus 12 play off teams - TOO much college football.
NFL has gone down the same crazy road.
32 teams - 17 regular season games - 14 play off teams.
I have watched about 10 college and 10 NFL games this year.
I think the quality of play has conspicuously declined.
Too many teams - Too many games
Not enough talent, injury-free players, and good coaches to go around.
You might be waiting a loooooooong time. The majority of Duck fans are interminable.
Go Dawgs!
UW alum, BSEE 1982
Just another ho hum nail biter to go with the other eight! π
As a Washington State Cougar fan, I’ll admit the Huskies had a great season and championship game.
That being said, may they rot in Hell for their abandonment of WSU and the Pac 12.
The B1G will be very interesting next year! Welcome!
I normally don’t watch any PAC-12 sports. I did watch this game tonight, though. It was an exciting contest of two very good teams. I suspect we’ll see a UW-MICH match.
