Bama’s chances for making the CFP just increased. Bama still needs to beat Georgia, and probably needs other help like either Michigan or Florida State or Texas losing.

They played 2 great games this year. They just might be the best 2 teams. Wouldn’t shock me me if Washington wins it all.

Even if Alabama beats Georgia, they are not getting into the final four.

This Husky fan is waiting to hear from some of my misguided family who are Duck fans why, despite having lost to the Huskies three times in a row, the Ducks are a better team.
Woof, woof from a fellow Husky alum.

I had no idea that OR vs. WA was on Friday night.
I knew FSU and Louisville play on Saturday.
I also did not know that Alabama plays Georgia on Saturday.
Alabama still has a clean shot to make the Top 4 with a victory.
In 2024, NCAA football will have 12 play off teams.
That's crazy.
Conference Championships, plus 12 play off teams - TOO much college football.
NFL has gone down the same crazy road.
32 teams - 17 regular season games - 14 play off teams.
I have watched about 10 college and 10 NFL games this year.
I think the quality of play has conspicuously declined.
Too many teams - Too many games
Not enough talent, injury-free players, and good coaches to go around.

As a Washington State Cougar fan, I’ll admit the Huskies had a great season and championship game.
That being said, may they rot in Hell for their abandonment of WSU and the Pac 12.

I normally don’t watch any PAC-12 sports. I did watch this game tonight, though. It was an exciting contest of two very good teams. I suspect we’ll see a UW-MICH match.

The CFP may be a dud compared to some of these rivalry/conference championship games. Do any/all of the remaining undefeated’s get tossed out of the cfp if they lose today? Then what?
