New Orleans has had a mask ban in effect for decades and decades, except for Mardi Gras day.

First they force people to wear masks, then they prohibit people from wearing masks, just as they're getting ready to force people to wear masks again.
What if I cover my face in Covid masks?
At least the eye show when wearing a Covid mask. For most identification eyes are all that’s needed.
I've heard urban yutes and gang-bangers say that the ski-masks are for their protection - their enemies can't recognize them (and shoot them) if they are seen walking down the street.
