I have seen wolves in the wild. They will tear you into pieces.
They are not dogs.
No, it's not luck that a wolf/dog can kill a 3-month-old girl.
Can’t blame the wolf
BS you can’t
Stop acting like animals do not have some thinking and reasoning ability.
It just not the same aa humans.
“Need I ask?”
_____
You mean what race?
I’d bet Aryan Meth dealer myself.
That “pet” may have had just enough domestic dog in him to become jealous of the Baby, and all the attention being lavished on this newborn infant. The dog decided to put a stop to this unwanted interloper. Even adult dogs can become envious of other animals who are suddenly absorbing all the caressing and sweet vocal tones of their Masters.
Envy will lead to resentment in a certain number of pets, not all. T’was the parents job to think ahead, and never leave the helpless child alone with that sort of “pet”.
we had friends who had a hybrid- always hated walking past the dang thing to get to the front door- They didn’t have it long though as it ‘became too unruly and hard to handle”
> It was a bit disconcerting to say the least. <
On a related note, there’s a country trail near me that I walk occasionally. It’s a nice walk, very pleasant.
Well, some guy along the trail put a pit bull in his back yard. The only thing that separated walkers from that insane beast was an old chain-link fence. That was a bit disconcerting to say the least.
I still walk that trail. But now I carry a pistol.
Side note to the ATF: It’s all nice and legal. So don’t put me on some kind of list.

You can take the wolf out of the wild, but you can’t take the wild out of the wolf........................
Very True-
There is a new breed American Alsatian that looks like a long-haired German Shepherd without the dropped hindquarters. Looks very wolflike, I saw one locally. Beautiful animal. Some breeders are trying to select for the Dire Wolf project, bigger, wolfier, but long-lived. Temperament supposedly calm but aloof. Breeds that are one-man dogs are more dangerous and bear close watching around children.
I expect the AAD like the GSD is going to be the victim of careless breeders, sold to people who want a big scary dog, socialized poorly.
When I was little, GSD were the best. 10 years later they started getting scary.
Psych! Did you make the shot?
Look at yourself, and try to understand what’s in your heart. There’s your answer.
It’s Chelsea. If you knew the area you would understand…
I was at the pound, decades ago. They had the usual....every dog up at the kennel gates, yipping and wagging, vying for attention from visitors. There was a wolf or wolf-dog in one kennel that wasn’t up for adoption. It was laying down, watching everything. I got the impression that it would be long gone in a second, if that gate had were opened
Don’t look at me!! I don’t know no crazy dude with a wolf fixation! I just got here!
I’ve been known to attract wolves, but they weren’t the four-legged type, and it was long ago and far away! Well, at least a lot farther north....
No but they are canines. Certainly not feline
A three month old isn’t a toddler, it’s an infant.
