No, because there are no aliens visiting Earth, and the whole alien thing was just concocted to explain away sightings of US aircraft testing so people wouldn’t take too much interest in military aviation.

I don’t believe ‘aliens’ are visiting Earth; but I don’t think your explanation really covers everything that people have seen - or explains why sightings have been recorded for hundreds of years.
Wow you figured it out. The US figured out how to accelerate from a standing start to the speed of sound in less than a second. And also how to turn 90 degrees at that speed. All without leaving a sonic boom or exhaust. And for 80 years they have not built an invincible air force and other super weapons. What genius.
