citing David Viner, then a senior scientist at the climatic research unit of the University of East Anglia, who declared that “within a few years winter snowfall will become ‘a very rare and exciting event.’” I was stationed in England for 3 years and it didn't snow much anyway. But I'll take snow any day over 32.1F temp, and a 25-knot high humidity wind.

More CO2 = more green plant life, which exhales water, which goes back into the atmosphere, which increases precipitation (generally gloablly, on average), anytime of the year.
