I was stationed in England for 3 years and it didn't snow much anyway. But I'll take snow any day over 32.1F temp, and a 25-knot high humidity wind.

More CO2 = more green plant life, which exhales water, which goes back into the atmosphere, which increases precipitation (generally gloablly, on average), anytime of the year.

According to the data I’ve been looking at winter in the Northeast(NJ/NY area) is going to be a doozy.
