15 certificate
It seems to be the European movie rating:
15 is a certificate given by the BBFC determining that a particular form of media is suitable only for persons aged 15 or over.

No one younger than 15 may see a 15 film in a cinema. No one younger than 15 may rent or buy a 15 rated video work.

That's Britspeak for "R" Rating. Certifies that the film is suitable only for people 15 years old or older.

Must be some UK rating system akin to G, M, R, or X.
