Denys Shmyhal and Valdis Dombrovskis discuss financial support for Ukraine and transit to EU countries

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal held an online meeting with Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis.
The parties discussed the financing of Ukraine’s budget deficit. Denys Shmyhal expressed his gratitude for the last tranche of macro-financial assistance of EUR 1.5 billion provided by the EU the day before.
“The total budget support this year has reached EUR 16.5 billion. We are grateful to the European Union for helping us maintain economic stability in the face of a full-scale war,” the Prime Minister said.
Denys Shmyhal and Valdis Dombrovskis discussed Ukraine’s financial needs for next year and joint work on the Ukraine Facility, a four-year programme worth EUR 50 billion.
They also addressed the situation on Ukraine’s borders with some EU countries. The Prime Minister outlined the proposals of the Ukrainian side.
“We are rapidly creating alternative logistics routes. We are counting on the European Commission’s help in resolving the problem,” the Head of Ukrainian Government said.
The Prime Minister thanked Valdis Dombrovskis for his constant support and joint work on strengthening relations between Ukraine and the EU.
This guy that makes all these videos is some guy named Denys Davydov ???
His little Patreon blog (or whatever you want to call it) says, “.. creating Aviation Videos, Pilot Vlogs, Cockpit Videos, Planes Re”
What gives this guy credibility? If you watched Oliver Stone’s “Ukraine on Fire,” you would know that those that took over the Ukraine in 2014 (some call it a coup) used a lot of propaganda. And this extreme propaganda was backed by liberals from the west. Why should we believe he’s not part of the same bunch that participated in the overthrow of Ukraine’s government?
They should be able to offer us a full profile on this guy spewing out daily videos. And why is it that UMCRevMom@ aol.com seems to only use this guy every day? Personally, I couldn’t listen to one of his videos for over 5 minutes. I doubt there are many on this site that watch those videos everyday.
Why is this guy credible? I think these are fair questions.
Ukraine has lost no one...Let’s not forget the 8 million who fled the country.

Germany will continue to stand with Ukraine, supporting it with weapons, financially and in the process of reconstruction.

Germany will continue to stand with Ukraine, supporting it with weapons, financially and in the process of reconstruction.
This was stated by Vice Chancellor, Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy Robert Habeck, Censor.NET reports with reference to Ukrinform.
“Putin continues his war against Ukraine with all the terrible cruelty... We will keep our word and continue to stand by Ukraine’s side in its fight for freedom - with weapons, money, reconstruction,” Habeck assured.
He noted that there is currently uncertainty in Germany and throughout Europe, that much has changed in recent years from what Europeans have believed for too long, in particular, that there will never be another war in Europe, that the United States will always stand in defense of Europe, that cheap Russian gas will ensure the competitiveness of the economy in the long term. Now we need to take the world as it is and take it seriously. Germany is under pressure and everyone feels it, said the Vice Chancellor of Germany.
“We are still fighting against the fact that Putin is using our dependence on his gas, a dependence that we (the Greens) have always warned about, in order to bring us to our knees economically,” the economy minister said. The fact that the Russian president failed to do so is the result of the necessary steps being taken, but it is too early to assume that everything has passed, Habeck warned.
All at a price in Russian lives and equipment several times that of Ukraine, for land that gives them no advantage.

On Thursday, the Finnish government submitted proposals for changes to the draft budget for 2024, which, among other things, provides for higher spending on aid to Ukraine.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to European Pravda.
Among other things, the Finnish government proposes to increase the upper limit of defense spending for the period 2024-2028 by almost 96 million euros to cover the purchase of the 19th military aid package for Ukraine.
For 2024, the issuance will increase by 20.7 million euros.
In addition, in the context of preparing a plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine, the Finnish government has identified financial solutions to facilitate the participation of Finnish companies in reconstruction, for which it is asking for an increase in investment and lending expenditures in Ukraine by 25 million euros.
At the same time, the draft amendments to the budget propose to authorize the state to provide a guarantee of compensation for losses to cover 80% of the cost of investment, up to a maximum of 20 million euros.
The government is also asking parliament to give the Ministry of Labor and Economy the power to compensate for credit losses on export guarantees provided to promote exports and investment in Ukraine in the amount of up to 50 million euros.
The budget of the Finnish Ministry of Defense for 2024 provides 242 million euros for the replacement of military equipment supplied by Finland to Ukraine. Source:
