I hadn't heard or read that, so I can't comment on that. A quick search retrieved no reports supporting that, but search engines anymore are designed more to suppress than to educate, so that means nothing either.
But he's a known liar anyway, as are most press articles. 😋

A suspected terror attack on Rainbow Bridge at Niagara Falls today saw a car explode, causing a massive explosion at a toll checkpoint that killed the vehicle's two occupants.
Fox News cites law enforcement sources who say the intention was a larger attack to kill more an the FBI Terrorism Task Force is investigating but officials are yet to confirm the motive.....
I read that too.
Chalk it up to the fog of terrorist bombings.

I saw a video of the car flying through the air at a fast rate of speed before it crashed into the check point station.
