Good afternoon everyone. I hope everyone is gearing up for the Thanksgiving holiday and ready to have a great time.
I wanted to keep this post short but I wanted to seek your opinions about supplements for treating Long Covid. As many of you know I contracted Covid and pneumonia early last year, and developed Long Covid late last year which resulted in me having to retire this past spring.
I have purchased several supplements over the past two years that I/we were told could possibly help treat the symptoms of Covid-19 & Long Covid, but which never really helped. Quercetin, Zinc, Vit C & D, Nattokinaise, Bromelain, and a few others.
Lately I have seen many advertisements for The Wellness Company, and one of their products is the Signature Series Spike Support Formula. It has the following ingredients: Nattokinase, Dandelion, Selenium, Black sativa, Green tea and Irish sea moss.
I emailed them and questioned them and this is the response I got, "Thank you for reaching out to TWC Customer Support. We have heard of people having great experiences with both Spike Support and Restful Sleep Supplements. Please remember these are supplements and to guaranteed to any possible conditions you may be experiencing. That last statement looks a bit weird and I'm wondering it there are a couple of typos there.
I'm seeking opinions on whether this stuff can really make a difference, or if they are just another money grabbing scheme. I know this no magic drug out there to treat Long Covid, but some days are difficult to endure and if I could find something that might actually help I'd be willing to give it a try.
I'm hoping there are doctors on these boards that would be willing to advise me. If you want to Freepmail me, please feel free to do so.

I have met Pfauci but hven’t seen him in years. Now that we have the mundane efforts toward insult covered, maybe you can ask yourself a question:
Can I trust something I am going to put into my body, or for that matter anyones body, with no consistency of drug interaction and from generalized opinions from people making a buck off the supplement so you are going to say they are safe? You’re the type of person that thinks everyone is 98.6 or 120/60. And size matters. Drug concentration in the body is determined by both the dose given and the volume of an individual’s body fluids. Giving the same supplement dose to a smaller-sized person could cause a higher blood concentration than when given to a larger person. This is why many drugs and supplements are recommended to be given in lower doses to children than adults. Or that matter, a five foot 5 inch 120 pound woman and a six foot seven 300 pound man. Think the concenrtration will automatically adjust itself? And you’ll notice there is nothing but child adult warnings on supplements, not use. People who make them are in it for the dollar, and are not required to be consistent with the CDC, the AMA, or the FDA. And you trust them? Either you’re foolish or getting paid. Either way I don’t post trolls and don’t intend to talk with you on this topic again. I hope you have a long life. But if you continue to put things into your body you have no idea what it will do, it possibly won’t be a long one.

The “studies” on the clot shots were things like (in the NEJM, yet!) 8 mice, or 16 people for 2 months.
The manufacturing process used for the lipid-nanoparticle clot-shots differed (process scalability) than the one used to manufacture the lots during the trials; Pfizer lied about deaths in the experimental branch during one of the trails, and about bio distribution of the jab products in the body; Pfauci flip-flopped on masks and the efficacy of the shots (the 95%was relative, not absolute risk); they lied about “one and done” when they knew nobody had ever created a permanent vaccine to a coronavirus before; they lied about the risks of covid-1984 when there were studies in 2020 that suggested 89% of the public already has immunity (by testing cross-reactivity of existing antibodies in the un-jabbed);
and in and on ad nauseum, ad infinitum.
Meanwhile, they lied about the effectiveness of HCQ/zinc and/or Ivermectin/zinc—ever see the false news stories about gunshot victims being turned away from emergency rooms because they were dealing with all the ivermectin overdoses?
The whole thing was a sham to steal the election while making Pfizer and Moderna rich.
And Pfauci and a couple others put out a full court press in the journals to hide the lab origin of the virus.

You know that was something my doctors had me taking several years back. What’s the recommended dosage for that?
I would love to find a local doctor who specializes in just Covid/Long Covid. If I could find one, I would indeed request permission from my normal doctor to check him/her out.
So it looks like L-Serine, Magnesium, Vitamins C & D might be a good regiment. My daughter is bringing me an elderberry mix that she uses everyday. I'm interested in seeing how that goes.

What would the dosage for high dose flush niacin? I’m thinking I got the wrong kind of Niacin cuz mine says flush-free.
