That’s funny...I’ve actually been to one of those Las Vegas ranges. Went with the intention of shooting some type of rental machine gun. Wound up renting an M1A SOCOM 16 instead. I’d long wanted an M1A.

Full auto is fun and more so when the taxpayers get the bill.
I have played with many of them and the M3 grease gun was the most fun for me.
Not very fast and some are faster than others, you can feel the bolt moving back and forth while shooting.
Kind of relaxing and fun.

Have to know your DOPE and and and properly judge wind. PLUS your equipment needs to almost perfectly repeat itself time after time to have confidence in your DOPE and windage calls.
The rifle pictured gives me absolutely no confidence it is capable of repeatability.
He was down at a place specializing in such weapons and training in Alabama.
