Homeless people stealing power caused $500 million of damage to an LA freeway. It will take three months to repair. 10 million people are inconvenienced because homeless people were allowed to steal electricity.

The “Homeless” can figure out a way to illegally draw power from electric lines to recharge their IPhones and IPADS no doubt.
They are NOT homeless - they are street people, drug addicts, alcoholics, mentally ill that prefer to live in tents on sidewalks and under overpasses.
Using the title “The Homeless” is meant to evoke sympathy and permission allowing them to continue to be a nuisance and a disgrace.
Someone should put up a billboard reminding every inconvenienced driver about it over and over.

I used to read science fiction books like Samuel R Delaney’s Dhalgren about post-apocalypse futures featuring surreal, destroyed cities when I was a kid. Thanks to city-destroying Democrats, we are living in those futures.
