So it’s been unsettling to find out the Avengers are Earth-bound, after all. “The Marvels,” the 33rd installment in the MCU and the sequel to 2019’s billion-dollar behemoth “Captain Marvel,” cratered with $47 million in North America and $63 million internationally — the lowest opening weekend in the franchise’s history. Before this weekend, the worst debut belonged to 2008’s “The Incredible Hulk” ($55.4 million, not adjusted for inflation), which premiered at the dawn of the MCU.

Teenage boys, the target market for superhero movies, is not interested in a movie starring an unpleasant-looking, man-hating, flat butted, lesbian; an ugly black lesbian; and a fat and ugly Muslim.

They are going to pound that angle until enough people view their movies and put them in the black. In their minds, they have no other option.
Girls and women typically do not like ‘superhero’ movies at all.
That’s why they have ‘chick flicks’, rom-coms and such.

Yesterday I was at Sam’s club and they were selling 2 mini fridges] types (that I saw, maybe more but I didn’t notice any).
One was emblazoned Bud Light.
Apparently the Waltons didn’t get the memo.
Blame whitey. Blame racism (first Marvel black director woman dontcha know.) . Blame sexism. Blame Trump. Blame global warming. Blame the Jews. Blame anything but terrible movies people don’t want to see.
I never liked the girly movies. Too sappy. I want movies with adrenaline and deep plot.
The MCU needs to end. They’ve hit the cliff, and it’s all down from here.
