Back in the day he was opposed to school busing, saying something about his kids...& back then he was a public racist, too.
Sometimes I think he is one of the original NIMBYS.
He isnt “ screaming” but I have always believed he has personality problems along with the pathological lying and plaigerism.He has always used emphasis to get people to listen to him like some FIELD MARSHAL.
Alot of how he as acted out overthe years imo deminstrates a extra-ordinary lack of true compassion
and his own inferiority complex.

Not just volume control. That was an uncontrolled emotional outburst similar to Tourette’s syndrome.
We went through many years of this with my father as his dementia progressed. To the point it was dangerous to take him into public because he would cause conflict with people.
