I’m looking forward to taking up Director Peters on her offer for on-site visits to investigate how J6 defendants are being treated.

Good for Matt. I saw him questioning the clueless (or lying) Bureau of Prisons woman. I hope he and the other five or six actual Patriots in Congress follow through with things.

I’m glad Owen Shroyer was mentioned by name; He, and 99.5%of the ‘Jan 6 insurrectionists’ should not be in jail at all.

Shroyer didn’t even enter the Capitol at all... He was outside , begging people over his bullhorn NOT to go in, because he knew it was a trap.

When he was convicted in Kangaroo Kourt, I figure he was being singled out for trying to keep people from being entrapped by the Pelosi-Schumer-FBI-Antifa- Capitol Police scheme to create a fake insurrection, not for being part of the ‘insurrection’

There ought to be numerous lawsuits for each prisoner of J6, tying up the entire Justice System and each defense having having a witness list of Trump. That would tie up all of the other cases against Trump. The courts would fizzle, delaying all cases.

When solitary confinement is imposed in a correctional facility anywhere else, it is done only as a disciplinary procedure, not as a routine practice.
It has been called inhumane treatment since it isolates from social interaction, generally involves strip search, stripped cell,and a naked prisoner subject to thermal extremes.
"For their own protection" implies a voluntary commitment, at which time there needs to be a request submitted by the inmate, and is available for verification.
The only way an inmate makes such a request is fear of injury from another inmate, while the guards may intentionally turn their back ..and let it happen !
Such assaults can even be provoked by the guards by offering the perpetrator incentives such as additional food, visits, or jobs as a 'trustee'. That's not unheard of !

The J6 prisoners being mistreated? They’re locked up for standing in protest of the 2020 coup that Shanghaied the US government. Hell, their being locked up and prosecuted unjustly is miss treatment. Release them all NOW!!
