The Pennsylvania SURE report for 2020 indicates that 6.945 million votes were cast. I believe the final official results for the presidential election had 6.915 million total votes for the three candidates on the ballot in PA (Trump, Biden and the Libertarian Party candidate).
Where does this guy come up with 90,000 or 121,000 “extra” votes?

You are far too nice because unless there is some permanent physical or financial penalty administered, there will be no deterrent. Short of the death penalty (which I personally have no problem with) there needs to be something done that keeps others from weighing the risk/reward options and then deciding that the reward warrants cheating.

Judicial Watch had an observer present during the ballot count for Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) in 2020.
Subsequently they sued the state and almost 200,000 names were removed from the registered voter rolls.
It looks to me like there are more total votes cast than voters WHO VOTED. Not voters who were registered.

This number is the mail-in envelopes where the bar code matches a registered voter and the scan shows that they voted in the election. One envelope, one ballot. That is where the mismatch is. More ballots than envelopes. That means more ballots than verified voters. The election officials cannot explain where the excess ballots came from.

I was in Pennsylvania in October 2020 visiting family - all over the state, top to bottom, side to side. The amount of support for Trump was overwhelming.
I don’t believe there are enough voters in Pittsburg and Philly to overcome this - and THAT’s where the cheating took place, Philly in particular.
I will never believe Trump lost that state - my family all over Pennsylvania say same.
