Men don’t lose tools. Apollo 13 would have crashed into the sun with these two idiots.

During the activity, one tool bag was inadvertently lost. Hope it didn't contain a hammer, travelling 15,000 miles per hour it could do some serious damage to their station on orbit.

The astronauts had planned to remove and stow a communications electronics box called the Radio Frequency Group, but there was not enough time during the spacewalk to complete the work. Not enough time? because they worked way too slow?

Astronauts Jasmin or Loral to their husbands: Honey, I cleaned up the garage.
Husband: No wonder I can't find my tools.

These bags typically cost around $100,000. This is not the first bag “dropped” by a female astronaut during a spacewalk.

Two women astronauts...no comment.

I bet they still got their makeup bag.

“Former NASA astronaut Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper lost the bag during a November spacewalk to repair a bulky solar array joint on the International Space Station” - 2008
“Peggy Whitson, who became the world’s most experienced female spacewalker during the outing, told ground control teams that a bag containing the debris shield floated away at about 10am EDT/1400 GMT on Thursday.” - 2017

Obviously, this is NASA’s fault for not selecting a tool bag more in keeping with the ladies’ color and style preferences.
