Trump was right again Mexico had to pay it’s army of 25 thousand to guard it from their side.

I never expected Mexico to pay or Hillary Clinton to be locked up.
It was enough that illegal immigration was curbed and Hillary was kept out of the White House.
If it mattered, it would have been possible to propose taxing postal money orders to foreign countries and say that Mexico was paying for the wall, but Congress wasn’t likely to pass such legislation.
I do wish Trump would stay on message (or get on message to begin with) and resist the temptation to show off his cleverness.
