It’s actually quite good for you as well. Sauerkraut is one of those very healthy fermented veggies. I make a big pot about once a year. By the time I’m through the big pot, I’m so sick of it that I don’t want any for another year. I have a few of those dishes lol. Cabbage not rolls is another one.
I love cooked cabbage. I can take Sauerkraut as long as it is not to sour. Do you rinse it some before putting in the pan?
