That seems a bit subtle; I am not sure why that should be cause for suppressing the documents but it definitely shows that the white shooter was mentally deranged and brain washed with white guilt.
It also shows how hard our government works to keep we the people from knowing the truth about anything! (Orwellian!)
Just for example: Joe Bitem is voicing support for Israeli military response to Hamas brutality while his Sec State, Antony Blinken (the guitar player), is working hard in the ME to force a cease fire. Don't look for the truth at any time from our govt; if they say 'Good morning' check your watch!
