This reveal \destroys\ SO MUCH of the “woke” experiment.
In the 70's I worked briefly with a behavioral therapist; I worked with one group and did some dream interpretation. At that time the APA {American Psychological Association} proudly supported traditional values, morally and socially.
Sometime in the ensuing years the APA reversed all its therapeutic guidelines: cheat in marriage, promote same-sex relationships, serve self interests. Before then it was unethical for a therapist to take advantage of a vulnerable patient by manipulating them into a physical relationship with the therapist; the therapist would lose any license to practice.
Many such 'reversals' in determining constructive behavior and destructive behavior became standard practice. The things that we steered patients away from that was damaging their lives, families and careers became the things supported.
I have little doubt that victims like the Nashville shooter were encouraged to wander off the path of what we consider 'normal.' I read a story some months ago of a 'trans influencer' {I don't remember if she was a teacher or what} led a young girl into transitioning to a male persona; after many struggles, the young female/male gave up, wrote a suicide note and went out to the expressway and stepped into the path of an on-coming truck. -- The mentor responded,"What a beautiful story."
