My mother in law was complaining she couldn’t get a COVID shot because they were out of stock. I asked her why would she even consider getting a COVID shot at this stage. I told her about the various potential complications. I don’t know if she listened. She is still alive and hasn’t had any strokes.

Just the other day they announced a combo flu/Covid shot. Here they’re saying getting certain shots on the same day can raise your risk of stroke, yet the combo shot is safe? These people don’t know their arse from a hole in the ground.

In other words, if you are younger than 85 or you are getting the newest monovalent Covid vaccine and influenza vaccine at the same time, you are fine.
I’m going to get both vaccines at the same time in a couple of weeks.
