I cant see it either not overcooking the cheese or undercooking the dough in just 60 seconds.

60 seconds? Lemme know when they’ve got it down to 1 minute.

It would depend on how often you like homemade pizza. It might bevworth it if pizza is a weekly meal in your home.

Eventually it will break down. As do all appliances. A reliable multipurpose oven is so much more practical. And some things don’t need to “go faster”.

Hawkeye: [regarding the requisition of the incubator being denied] We're not asking for a jukebox or a pizza oven.

Captain Sloan: Oh, those I can let you have.

Henry: No kidding! Hey, those would be great on movie nights. You got any pizza requisition forms?

Captain Sloan: Just use the standard S stroke 1798 and write in "Pizza" where it says "Machine Gun".

Oh, one of those things? Let me see; it's in the back of the hall closet
between the Veg-O-Matic, the Sham-Wow, and The Clapper.

No, can’t use low fat mozz. Turns to rubber. But high temp and fast, 60 to 90 seconds maybe, is perfect. It’s the best way to cook a pizza though. Probably need to fire up a peak load gas-fired plant to run it though.

Yeah, about the time I bought it and learned how to use it, everybody in my family would announce that they’re sick of pizza (including me) and never wanted to see another one.

Yes, that’s the other thing. It’s hard enough to keep my weight down, and I seldom eat pizza (though I love it).

If u build a stone or brick oven for pizza it’ll cook it in 4-10 minutes and likely be much better

Stacked stone even will work and cheap

I’ve done it

700-1000 degrees

Build fire

Push fire to back when it’s about half coaling up and flames died down half at
least
Put in pie or pies

Move around a bit even though if u have flimsy door u don’t even have to

Just put your hand in a second you’ll see lol

If you want fast pizza, just call your local pizza joint and order one.

Only does one thing? No matter how well it does it... nope. I’m all about utility and that ain’t it. I’ll stick to my Ninja toaster oven. ;)

20 minute preheat time, in order to make it in 60-90 seconds.

That’s the same total time it takes on other pizza ovens/cookers I’ve owned in the past, which cost a very small fraction of the Ooni.

Maybe possible with very thin crust which is my preference. Thick, rising, doughy stuff probably not in 60 seconds.
