A Kansas blogger who has battled eating disorders claims weightlifting and extreme body modifications have helped them cope with trauma and 'defeat' their eating disorder.
Jessy Kirkpatrick, 27, who is nonbinary and uses the pronouns they/them, had a healthy relationship with food as a child.
However, in their late teens, they began suffering from anorexia, which they believe stems from severe trauma they experienced as a child.
Kirkpatrick turned to modifications to heal their mental health. The extreme body modifications include a stretched septum - the structure separating the right and left nostrils - multiple lip piercings, a stretched tongue, a stretched lip, stretched nostrils and silicone horn implants in the forehead that make them look like a devil.

Evidence of a mental health problem and denial by both the media & establishment.
This is a reckless normalization of what is undeniably epidemic - for lack of a better word - in the US (mental illness).
Only $12,000? These days an emergency room visit could cost this much. Elective surgery shows how much it really should cost to get medical work done.
If that thing ever really had anorexia, that disorder has been replaced with its opposite. She has much too much body fat in one of those photos.
Who gives a $hit?
I don’t blame the doctors much. These people just keep doctor shopping until they find someone who says yes. They just will not stop reviewing doctors until they get the answer they want to hear. And since people as a whole, and docs are no different, have different levels of what they feel is safe and what risks ae acceptable, they eventually can find one person who will help them.
What we need is a system that doesn’t embrace peoples mental illness, and can call it what it is. But our system doesn’t want to do that.
If she gets as far as St. Peter, she’s gonna have some s’plainin’ to do.
Until it has to get more tats and more implants and more piercings. It’s a mental illness. It’s hatred for your fellow man to think this garbage is helping.

If you that as an employee of any business, what would you do? I would leave the business immediately!
I wouldn’t have to give it more than a femtosecond of thought to come up with “no way would I hire a crazy like that”. Obviously a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Another Reason to Homeschool! No freaks like that in my kids school!!
