I think anyone could say or 'Shop anything into that photo and I would have no way to know if it was real or accurate or to know the true identity of the man on the guerney. I don't believe that any leader in Netanyahu's position would, if compromising himself more than 100%, would feel any need for such a photo op. Leaders shake the hands of people on guerneys for the press- why would Netanyahu take such a photo. For this reason, I can beleive the pic is actually a survivor/hostage/IDF warrior on the gurney.
The website the photo comes from seems clearly agenda driven. I'll put an excerpt and a link to another article there.

On Netanyahu, for years I just assumed he was straight as an arrow.

Over the past year or two I have come across numerous suggestions, posts, threads, that claim he's not.

I'm not on the scene, don't have first hand info, and can't make any claims.

All I have is a gut reaction which has stood me well. It tells me he's not 100%. But, who is?

But like you say it makes no sense he would get caught in a photo of an isis fighter being helped in a makeshift hospital type scenario.

There is a lot of negative stuff about him out there.

JUst another one of those unconfirmed claims that haunt the internet until proven true or false.
