um... I am watching that video .. and all I see is a defensive player trying to keep the ball carrier from getting over the line of scrimage. Just sort of leans into offensive lineman and then sits down and leans back.
I am just not sure personally from that video that he instead to hurt the guy. I have had players dogpile on top of runners that looked far more dangerous.
