On the other hand, a lot of the vegetables at super markets are bred to be transported long distances, and look a certain way. It’s okay if it tastes like cardboard or worse.

That was one worthless 6 minutes and 15 seconds. He could have said so much but said essentially nothing. Facts and figures would have been more convincing than someone dressed up as a farmer.

Yeah, like if it’s ‘organic’ tomatoes, watermelon, strawberries, or any other ground vine crop and a cow, goat, sheep, or other critter takes a dump on them and then they’re ‘organically’ harvested.

Maybe a story will help you. It does have a numerical value of half.

I worked with an organic chicken “farmer” once. In delivering them to the packing plant over half died in route they were so unhealthy.

organic is a marketing ploy managed by government.

There’s more organic food sold than there is grown.

My sister was in town, and bought some organic lemons. The blond cashier looked at them and said they looked bad. My sister said “They’re organic.” The cashier looked at them some more, and asked “Do they taste like regular oranges?” My sister said, “No, they’re lemons.”

“ organic is a marketing ploy managed by government.”

I don’t doubt that is true to a great extent but still I think the statement goes a bit too far.

Personally, I prefer to consume produce that is non-GMO, was never drenched in Round-Up and is labeled as to where it was grown. But that’s just me - to each his own

Me too.

I love getting produce at a local farmer’s market.

“Organic” is a scam designed to separate the oh-so- compassionate from their inherited $$$.

Commercial Organic growers in the US use manuer from industrial feed lots.

Without industrial farming there would be no Organics.

All I know is that many of the food recalls due to salmonella or Listeria, etc., are on organic foods. I avoid them just for that reason.

A Junk post followed by many rude and uninformed replies. What is the point of the idiot who made the video anyway, Eat crap?

Believe it or not many people want to eat real food that has not been genetically modified, chemically treated, picked green to make it to the store or championed by no nothing slick big biz hucksters.

Good soil with healthy organisms is not an accident in farming. It takes years to do it right and years for soil to recover after being farmed the corporate way.

Herbicide, insecticides and synthetic fertilizers have their place for feeding millions who are willing to eat cheap corporate garbage.

So hey… open a box or bag of corpocrap and feed your probably already obese face, then find yourself a big pharma solution when you get sick.

Oh and don’t forget to laugh
