After reportedly seeing the mummies firsthand, Will Galison said he believes the corpses have a 1,000-year-old history and could be scarier than just aliens.
The mummified specimens were retrieved from a mine in Cuzco, Peru.
They have small bodies, three-fingered hands, and odd elongated skulls.
Self-proclaimed UFO expert Jaime Maussan presented the "ancient ET bodies with non-human DNA" at a Congressional hearing in Mexico, claiming that the corpses "are not part of our terrestrial evolution."
Galison, a friend of an archaeologist who analyzed the mummies, said that he doesn't believe they are aliens, DailyMail reported.

In addition to “UFO expert” there is “ancient aliens theorist.” I qualified as those after I read a bunch of UFO paperbacks and magazines one summer as a teen. I just didn’t know that I could have ditched college and had a celebrity career in the field.

That website felt like the old Computer Shopper magazine where the advertisements outnumbered the article content by more than 20 to 1. Laugh all you want but I loved Computer Shopper. That was the heyday of the Personal Computer and it was a great time before a handful of super companies took over the Internet.
