Well, they MAY have to pay 29 Billion in taxes. Depends on how much they contribute to the DNC and how good their lawyers are at getting this fact into the appeals process. (To big to fail...it won’t, but imagine if MS were to close shop all of a sudden and the effect on U.S. Business?)
