Carlson's opposition to GOP support for Israel to fight back in self-defense against Hamas marks him as an outlier.
But his outsized influence may move some Republicans towards a more skeptical position on Israel.
Tucker Carlson, the far-right U.S. pundit who has been among the most high-profile skeptics of providing military aid and diplomatic support to Ukraine, used his Twitter talk show to decry Republicans advocating for Israel to use all of its capabilities to fight back against Hamas in Gaza, as well as its regional backers in Iran, after the terror group's assault on southern Israel.

Whoa...i cant believe this.
Are we sure he said this
Tucker calls out the corruption in our government in his video posted last night interviewing Vivek Ramaswathy that discussed the situation in Israel and beyond...

Tucker can’t say the word “terrorist” in the video. Just like the NY Times.
There was plenty of fighting going on in Iraq after the 2004 election. We had the means and the motives to do something meaningful against Iran, particularly since they were the ones supplying the insurgents. We wouldn't have had to be overt, like sending tanks across the border, but we could have definitely given a little something back to Iran. Why did we do nothing about the world's biggest sponsor of terrorism (the Obama and Biden administrations hadn't come along yet) after we had just removed the counterbalance to that state? It's a serious question and one that has always bothered me.
Tucker on foreign policy is a complete loon. He’s misled a lot of people. Apparently he’s decided to double down in the face of the Hamas atrocities.
The home of terrorism Saudi Arabia (15 of 19 9/11 hijackers) but Saudi Arabia too wealthy and powerful in 2001.
So the narrative has to be Iran is the bad guy the USA ended up enlisting the followers of Saudi citizen Bin Laden the grassroots Muslims to fight the Libyan and Syrian wars in 2011.
Those wars part of the endgame of the Neocons to take out Iran and create a new Saudi-Israeli Middle East bathed in cash with a Palestinian state on Jewish lands.
Thinking in simple terms, I felt at the time we should have turned left to finish off Syria, then right to dismanntle Iran.
We had pretty much our whole army in the Middle East. Rather than use it, Bush literally put our tanks in garages in Iraq.
Our enemies were cowering, but when they realized Bush was going no further, they began picking pff our troops in Iraq.
Just watched his show, episode 29, I believe. He didn’t say a thing I didn’t agree with.
Tucker: "No matter what you think of Israel's policies in Gaza, you are not allowed to shoot people at music festivals. That's a crime. Israel has a right to respond to that crime and defend itself. No one seriously disputes that."

What about that, you lying SOB, do you have a problem with? Neocons like like leftists. You're scum.
Tucker is a frigging idiot on foreign policy.
Anyone who thinks we can walk away from Europe and Asia, as well as Israel, and survive in this dangerous world, is out of their mind.
The Iranians sure seem to have our presidents' numbers.
It’s “terrorism”. It’s not a law enforcement issue.
Tucker refused to condemn Iran.
Tucker refused to condemn Hamas.
Tucker refused to give a 100% voice of support to Israel.

“You run around here telling people to commit suicide repeatedly.”
Untrue. I’ve only ever said that to one jerk who insists on trolling me and I’ve only said it to him once but will likely say it to him again.
How many remember Buchanan's speech at the 1992 Republican convention? The one that Molly Ivins said “probably sounded better in the original German”? Listening to it at the time, she was not wrong. I think this is where Carlson is. He's too full of himself, thinking he has influence and authority, and mad at everyone who disregards him. The difference is 30 years later the corruption is worse.
Come to think of it, much of the "conservative press" is the same.
“Mucousmaximus has a real thing against Carlson.”

(I’m with you. I’ll wait to see if he really said that about Israel. If he did, I disagree with him. But I’m not going to take some Ukrainiac’s word for it.)
So to be clear, supporting Israel means you are a Neocon?
You only think the actions of Hamas are simply crimes, if that?
You do not the US should support Israel in its war against Hamas
You think Israel is an occupying force in land they have no right to?
You think God sees Hamas as having a right to the land of Israel?
You agree with Putin that a two-state solution is the answer?
Do you think the Jews regaining their homeland and statehood after approx 2500 years of not possessing it, losing it to different conquers/occupiers and with dispersals, is unique?
Do you think this is related to Biblical prophesy, or maybe just coincidence?
Do you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?
If true, this completely shakes my confidence in his political judgment.
I view Israel vs. Hamas the same way I view civilization vs. barbarians.
How many Israeli soldiers fought alongside US soldiers in Korea?
How many Israeli soldiers fought alongside US soldiers in Vietnam?
How many Israeli soldiers fought alongside US soldiers in Afghanistan?
How many Israeli soldiers fought alongside US soldiers in Iraq?
How many Israeli soldiers fought alongside US soldiers in Syria?
