I’ve kept an eye on this Israel situation for the past few days.
Here’s what I’ve learned, & here are my blunt & honest thoughts:
1. Israel chose to ignore intelligence from Egyptian officials about a major attack coming from Hamas.
2. Multiple former IDF soldiers & Israeli intelligence personnel have come forward online and said there’s a zero percent chance Israel was unaware of this attack beforehand or couldn’t have prevented it.

I watched a video that was on Twitter of someone that stated they were a former member of the IDF and last assigned to the unit that secures the border wall. They stated that there is no way that anything could have done what Hamas did without sensors and alarms going off. They actually mentioned that things like birds can set off the sensors.
I sent the video to some friends. It was taken down.
Maybe Musk’s, X/Twitter, isn’t the free speech platform that everyone thought it was going to be and we’re doing cartwheels over.
I believe that this attack follows the Obama plans for his third term in office. Look back at Obama even interfering in elections in Israel. Look back at Obama’s love affair with the MB. No, I suspect that Israel did not have had all of the intelligence on this attack because of it’s current strained relationship with the United States and Obama’s third term. The American Intelligence apparatus is in with Obama and the Democrats, and they openly or secretly support the enemies of Israel.
Your correct that the intelligence services absolutely give disinformation and misinformation diet via the mainstream media to many Americans. They could control the narrative in the past, but X and TickToc, and other social media access has changed it.
This tweet hits the mark. People in charge like to manipulate public opinion to justify going to war. They are warmongers and we need to stop the madness.
If only we had more Peace Raves on the immediate borders of all believed hostile countries.

3. We just watched unsophisticated terrorists on hang gliders soar into one of the most heavily-defended & surveilled countries on the planet.
4. Within 48 hours of the attack, we’re now suddenly seeing enormous support for an American war with Iran and the genocide of the Palestinian people.

Bad shit happens because people are generally sheeple. Being sheeple doesnt make them evil, just complacent.
The evil on display will wake them up. It does no good to blame others for not being able to prognosticate the future.
I believe Israel’s Deep State purposely allowed this to take place, assuming it would just be another small raid. Their hope was that it would weaken Netanyahu. That Deep State was as surprised as anyone at the size and intensity of the breakout.
If Israel had done anything to prevent the attack, the Democrats would have gone ape $#!+ and called Israel the terrorists. The Democrat party is as much a terrorist organization as Hamas, only they do it covertly, supporting other terrorist orgs that do it openly.

I believe (opinion here) that the majority of the job can be done in a very short time, and largely (not completely) from the air and using other non-army type capabilities.

Just a guess here. Perhaps a combo of Israel letting its guard down being a holiday or getting faked out in the location. The other factor is that Ham Ass ran a secretive, clandestine attack avoiding preliminary detection. Israel has a strong military but they’re not infallible. Case in point.
Libs have said that our borders can be protected electronically, using sensors and camaras. Sensors and radios can be jammed. Walls and fences can be breached and tunneled under. Defenses have to be 100% while a single failure can lead to families being slaughtered.
I might have believed it at one time, but I have come to see that abject mediocrity and incompetence is a much more common state of affairs in governments (and other large organizations) than most people realize. When I see former IDF/defense personnel claiming that Hamas couldn’t have done this undetected because “even birds can trigger the sensors,” I immediately assume one or more of the following happened:
1. The sensors never worked properly.
2. The sensors were turned off when some janitor unplugged a critical piece of hardware by mistake.
3. The sensors worked fine, but they were being monitored by some dopey Homer Simpson guy who was sleeping at his work station.
4. Everything worked fine, but “Homer Simpson” was some Chinese or Eastern European guy who couldn’t speak coherently with his superiors when he raised the alarm.
I will only take the Obama/Biden/Iran Administration seriously if they end The War on Energy STAT. Ending the War on Energy would (1) put a dent in inflation, (2) rob Russia and Iran of oil revenues and (3) increase the US’ national security. If that does not happen, The Obama/Biden/Iran Administration should be ignored at minimum.
I agree that the globalists all benefit from war, and are eager to shift to a new theater, now that getting more money for their Ukraine money laundering may be getting more difficult.
However, my thinking is that a lot of this is simply because we have incompetence at all levels of government in so called “democracies”. People more focused on BS like identity politics, climate change, COVID etc., than the realities staring them right in the face.
I agree with everything stated, especially the emotional frenzied part.
How many posts here are calling for nuking Iran and Gaza?
Never mind that Gaza borders Israel.
