Flashback: Ukraine supports 90% of UN anti-Israel decisions - Israeli ambassador
JERUSALEM POST ^ | JULY 8, 2023

Posted on 10/08/2023 7:00:05 PM PDT by Rattlesnake_Snook

Ukraine supports 90% of anti-Israel decisions in the United Nations, Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky told Ukrainian outlet ZN.UA.

"This is unusual considering Kyiv often turns to the Israeli authorities for various requests," he said. "If Ukraine sees Israel as a friendly nation and makes requests from it, then it needs to support us in the matters that are important to us just as Israel works with Ukraine on matters important to it."

In a UN vote in January on referring Israel to the International Court of Justice for its “occupation, settlement and annexation of Palestinian territory”, Ukraine voted against Israel in the draft and didn't cast a vote in the main round after its ambassador to Israel was summoned.

So Russia is planning to fire their missiles at Iran and China?

Why have all the pro-Putin club members been so busy posting about a risk of nuclear war?

If Russia really isn't going to aim any missiles at the USA why is anybody afraid of a nuclear war?

You can't really believe that a Jewish man is a Nazi. You have to be just repeating some propaganda talking point. Even you aren't that stupid.

But if you are, here is the grand cabal of Jewish Nazis at work.

Russia could forge “closer ties” with Israel and civilization itself by not supporting terrorist regimes and terrorist organizations. Two if its client states are Syria and Iran. Iran backs Hamas, and as was pointed out to you on the other thread, Russia has friendly relations even with Hamas itself.

No amount of your propaganda and irrelevant links changes this reality.

You know better than to believe at this point these people are interested in facts and truth - they are just like flies that get in the way of their picnic of propaganda and narratives they want to spread.

But continue to post them nonetheless for any lurkers to counter the nonsense.

Hamas thanks you for your support of Zelensky

LOL, Zelensky condemned the heinous Hamas attack.

What has Putin said about the attack?

‘Only Good News Today’ — Russia’s Propagandists Delight as Israelis Die

Military correspondent Dmitry Steshin, known for his overtly genocidal statements about Ukrainians, posted on his Telegram channel Russky Tarantas that there should be “not a drop of pity or sympathy” for Israelis, including former Russian citizens. Steshin complained about people who left Russia for Israel, describing them as “relocants.”

He wrote: “We stayed here and are still standing knee-deep in blood. Let the ones responsible for our tears do that as well! Or let them run, to refresh their historical memory. Greetings to the relocants!”

Sergey Mardan, one of Russia’s best-known propagandists and host of the eponymous show on the state channel Solovyov Live, wrote on his Telegram channel that he was happy for the Russians who moved to Israel because they didn’t want to live in a country that is at war with its neighbors.

He added, “This mess is beneficial for Russia, because the globalist toad will be distracted from Ukraine and will get busy trying to put out the eternal Middle Eastern fire.” Mardan explained, “Iran is our real military ally. Israel is an ally of the United States. Therefore, choosing a side is easy!”

During his show, “Mardan,” the host made a bizarre comparison between Palestine and Russia, claiming that Russia “has been occupied since 1991” and is only now seeking to correct the situation. Russian propagandists frequently claim that Ukraine is “occupying” Russian lands, which Russia is fighting to reclaim.

Head of RT, Margarita Simonyan, wrote on her X/Twitter account, “The country that is not at war with its neighbors is again at war with its neighbors. We await the exodus of Russian pacifists. Then again, we won’t hold our breath.”

It seems these guys aren’t reading the actual article you posted, underneath the headline the text says.

“Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky underlined that Israel has supported Ukraine in the war since the Russian invasion began.”

Then the article sounds says things like this.

On the other hand, Brodsky told ZN.UA, Israel has supported Ukraine in the UN from the beginning, supporting a UN decision against Russia at the start of the war and later became a co-writer of the resolution.

Israel doesn’t support Ukraine when it endangers security
On Ukrainian issues that Israel did not support, Brodsky told ZN.UA that sometimes Israel has to take its security into account.

“This is due to our sensitivity in relations with Russia and the danger that may arise if Israel takes any careless steps that could lead to an aggravation of the situation,” he said, adding that this is also why Israel hasn’t sent weapons to Ukraine and has only given humanitarian aid.

Brodsky added that while Israel has not given Ukraine weapons, it is in the process of supplying the country with an early warning system.
This aid, Brodsky said, is given after Israel made the decision early on to support Ukraine in the war.

“I think the most important thing in the current situation is that our sympathy for Ukraine and [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky is not connected with his Jewish roots, but with the fact that your country has been subjected to aggression and is experiencing a colossal tragedy,” he said.

The Nazis are in Russia, and unfortunately in Times Square. The pro-Palestinian crew was showing their true beliefs.

--- "You can't really believe that a Jewish man is a Nazi. You have to be just repeating some propaganda talking point. Even you aren't that stupid. But if you are, here is the grand cabal of Jewish Nazis at work."

Thanks for posting the Twitter event, edited cleverly.

One observes that the 2'00" Twitter video has some interesting details.

First the assembled rabbis from one sect are shown quite like Screen Extra Guild types, but never speak. They are backdrop -- props -- to Zelensky acting not very Jewish. Even Trump war a kippah when visiting the Wailing Wall.

Second Zelensky wears one of his now trademark olive drab t-shirts, this one with the logo, UA30. Looking on line, one can buy this from a number of sources. A sort of "merch." What is UA30?

One reads: "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he considers the launch of a new UA30 Cyber Center a showcase of change in Ukraine." In "Ukrinform: Zelensky opens UA30 Cyber Center" Post, Kyiv Post, May 2021.

"Just 15 months after it was opened by President Volodymyr Zelensky, the UA30 Cyber Center in Ukraine lies largely empty. It is located in an unsafe part of the war-torn country, and its operations have had to be moved elsewhere. In the time between its opening and Russia's invasion in February, however, the center was able to host more than 100 cyber security training sessions. These sessions, which involved realistic cyber-attack simulations, hackathons, and other competitions, were attended by some military operators, but also by large numbers of civilian contractors and private sector representatives." In "A new home front: the part we all play in a modern cyber war," Dark Trace, August 2022.

An olive drab t-shirt with a UA30 logo is not the normal dress for Rosh haShana.

As to the occasion, one reads, "“ 'Many come here to pray,' says Natan Ben Noon, the chief rabbi of Uman.'But I assure you that 80% of the visitors are not religious. They come here just to have fun'.” In " ‘The show must go on’: 35,000 ultra-Orthodox Jews travel to Ukraine for Rosh Hashanah," Guardian UK, 15 Sep 2023.

Comparative populations for these two warring nations today, using the same source for similar data:

"Russia was home to 155,000 Jews in 2020, and comprises the world's seventh-largest Jewish community." In "Russian Federation," World Jewish Congress, nd.

"In 2023, Ukraine is home to 45,000 Jews, making it the fourth-largest Jewish community in Europe and the 11th-largest in the world." In "Ukraine," World Jewish Congress, nd.

The whole tale is complex, and not easily reduced to a single snapshot.

It is complex enough that there are two (some say, competing) chief rabbis for Ukraine, and oddly two chief rabbis for Russia today.

“What has Putin said about the attack?”

He is trying to negotiate a ceasefire unlike the USA which just wants both sides to fight
