cant drink tea without 5 tbsp of sugar though- coffee i can drink black though-

I drink dark tea.

But, in our house, we call it coffee.

Drinking tea instead of sugary soda is the key.
Doesn't matter what kind of tea, just don't add sugar.

I can’t figure out what the article is talking about for sure- “dark” Green tea, black tea, oolong tea, or what? The article speaks of Hamburg, Australia, China? I assume China and green tea, but I really don’t know.

Wait! Are we saying Southern Sweet Tea is good for diabetes?

Because I’d go back to it in heartbeat!!!

Lipton has come out with Diet georgian peach tea. Which I like with a few drops of stevia to make it sweeter.
