So the “family” has bravely set aside their grief to focus on shaking down the police, KIA (no pun intended), and even the Maryland Juvenile Justce system for NOT locking down one of the car thieves. They all thought the unemployed 17 year old with warrants out for prior crimes had bought the car. Yeah, uh huh.
