Not sure if you’re going to get the boot? No fear. A New York comedian has revealed the telltale signs that someone is about to get sacked — which include keeping tabs on an employee’s every move.
A video detailing these “fire alarms” currently boasts 5.1 million views on TikTok. “I wanted to illustrate the phoniness of middle managers,” Ben Sweeny told Jam Press while describing the warning signs of a pending axe-pocalypse.
The Brooklyn native frequently makes satirical videos that aim to “expose the irony and hypocrisy of the corporate world,” including parodies of managers telling their employees to return to the office and bureaucratic “burnout.”

Lol. Sometimes the firings are completely arbitrary. All it takes to get wacked is someone in the war room to say “hey he was late on that big report last month,” and boom, he gone.

Cheating on an expense report is one common method. If they like you, they will let you correct the "error" if they don't, you're toast.

I had a manager who berated everyone and drove out almost all. He promoted one guy to supervisor who on his first day said who he would fire in that dept or this dept. He mention most everyone but us but you know he meant us too.
We had new management and the 4 managers above our manager were let go and replaced with people from India... <-
Our manager thought he would be promoted but some lady from India got the job.
That manager knew he was not going to be promoted so he quit : )
The supervisor left 2.5 weeks later and gave no notice to his new boss.
