Arizona governor mysteriously steps down for one day

On Wednesday evening, the Arizona treasurer announced that she will be serving as acting governor beginning later this evening until mid-morning tomorrow amid a mysterious disappearance of Gov. Katie Hobbs.

In a press release on X, formerly known as Twitter, Arizona Treasurer Kimberly Yee announced her brief tenure as acting governor, saying that she is "pleased to step in this role."

The Republican state treasurer noted that during her less than 24-hours as acting governor she would refrain from confirming the thirteen agencies that still hold vacancies and wait for the Democratic governor to fill them upon her return.

"While I am pleased to step in this role, I will refrain from naming directors to the 13 agencies that currently have vacancies and will not call the Arizona Legislature into session to confirm them," Yee said in an X post. "That being said, I do hope when the Governor returns to Arizona, she will promptly name qualified directors to these important state agencies."

"I expect to see a quick resolution on this matter, so we can get the work done for Arizona taxpayers," Yee added.

Legal challenges with corrupt JUDGES in control.

It appears that one of the main obstacles to Law and Order is CORRUPT JUDGES.

WE MUST FIX THAT.

That’s what you believe, but that’s not the reality, Katie Hobbs is the Governor, regardless of how it happened.

The person standing in for Katie Hobbs, the Treasurer of Arizona is a Republican, how did she get elected and no other Republican could ??

What I would suggest is a better course of action, study what she did, how did she win, in the same state, using the same machines, following the same rules as everyone else did.

The same could be said for the Governor of Nevada, a Republican won when no other Republican could, same for Georgia, every MAGA Republican running statewide lost, Kemp and Raffensberger won, instead of learning how they did it, the MAGA crowd has vilified them and their supporters, which is a sure-fire way to alienate potential voters.

Continuing to believe that every MAGA Republican that loses was cheated is the classic definition of insanity, just keep repeating the same actions and ideas and hope for a different outcome.

Donald Trump simply can’t win without winning Georgia and Arizona, if he loses them both, you can forget him having a 2nd term, between the elections of 2020 and 2022, what has changed in those 2 states that would give you any confidence that will happen.

The problem with your point of view is that you along with many other MAGA supporters refuse to accept any other possible course of action to stop losing elections that should be won.

I love people who shout out, WE MUST FIX THAT, but have no idea how to do it or offer any ideas or plans to at least start the process of changing that.

If Republicans keep filing one legal challenge after another and lose every time, but keep filing challenges, isn’t that the classic definition of insanity, especially if the judges are as corrupt as you claim.

I had expected a vigorous recall effort. I was in AZ during the election and they knew that thieving bitch stole it. I have not seen any news about a recall.

It’s not over, but the way Republicans are going about this, is obviously not working, it’s time to try something different.

It will be over if the Republicans continue to follow the same course of action they are pursuing now.

The corruption is not in the machines, it’s not with the judges, it happens long before that.

The corruption starts by Supervisor of Elections from both parties, not following the law by cleaning up their voter rolls, allowing dead people, people who have moved, or otherwise not voters anymore. Legal challenges to this MIGHT have some chance of succeeding, because the law in every state requires SOEs to maintain clean voter rolls.

The lack of voter ID is killing the integrity of elections.

Mail in voting is killing election integrity.

Ballot Harvesting is killing election integrity.

It’s not cheating as bad as it might be if what was once illegal is now legal.

In many states, Arizona is a prime example, no one forces the SOEs to clean up their voter rolls.

They mail ballots to everyone, including those who are not voters anymore and should have been removed.

Those ballots get harvested by Democratic Front Groups.

Those ballots get filled out and dropped into unguarded drop boxes and counted.

Once those ballots get mailed out, it’s over, when they come back filled out, it’s impossible to tell which ones are legal votes and which ones are fraudulent, which is the exact reason no Judge will do anything about it.

Overall, the Judges are not corrupt, the actual paper ballots have been turned in, it’s impossible to tell which ones are real and no judge is going to throw out ballots that could be real.

Yes, I understand. You’re an election fraud denier. You were more offended by Kari Lake telling the backstabbing McQueeg Derp Staters where to get off than by the countless races where Conservative Trump candidates were stolen since 2018.

I get it. Your agenda is clear as a bell.

That’s because no recall is going to happen.

Here is the law about recalls in Arizona.

https://ballotpedia.org/Laws_governing_recall_in_Arizona

The number of signatures required to qualify for a recall attempt for the ballot is 25% of the number of votes cast in the last election for that office. Recall supporters have 120 days to collect signatures.

A little over 2.5 million votes were cast for governor in Arizona, meaning you would need about 625,000 signatures to be gathered in 120 days.

To get close to that number you would need a large number of people and money, I doubt there is any movement or large donors willing to step up and attempt the nearly impossible.

Well, these States can take a lesson from the State in which I live.

When we moved from a despicable, totally under Leftist domination, to a neutral State, we stayed involved and as a result, I won’t tell you the STATE, but we now have a respected, sensible, lover of our country ...as a Governor.

I feel that I was part of that.

I clearly stated election fraud is happening, I explained how it happens and I’ve said how to go about working around it.

You choose to not even think about any of it only respond with lies and accusations.

I don’t care what Democrats do, I know who they are, I know the level they will go to in order win elections, what makes me angry is Republicans who alienate voters and throw away elections that could be won and their supporters who refuse to offer any suggestion other than Democrats cheat and those who oppose who oppose us are evil.

That’s great and more people should do that.

I live in Florida, and we have cleaned up the election process since the Gore/Bush Debacle in 2000.

For Republicans to have any chance at national elections, Georgia and Arizona are must wins.

Both are states Republicans can win in, just not the way they are going about it now, it’s insane to not change tactics when you continue to lose, which I fear is what’s happening and to reject any approach other than what is currently happening.

I replied to you long ago addressing your so-called “points.” You didn’t bother to reply in a productive manner and instead went back to denying election theft.

In order to “win”, as you define it, we merely should do what the RINOs/Demonrats do: openly cheat. That’s THEIR successful trick.

No Lt Gov in AZ. Sec of State is the de facto Lt Governor (another office stolen by the Demonrats working in collusion with the corrupt McQueeg RINOs in both 2018 and 2022, both for the same candidate: Hobbs, a puppet of the Mexican Drug Cartels).

“Colonoscopy probably”

With a colonoscopy the patient is unconscious for about an hour. Why transfer power for an entire day?
