How sad for Sophia. Seniors are so prone to falls. Last New Years eve I fell down a flight of stairs and broke my collar bone and three ribs. It was the second time I fell down the same stairs. I have had five injury invoking falls within the last 10 years.
None of them was caused by me being drunk.
Maybe consider either renovating the stairs to reduce the chances of a fall? Or perhaps invest in a Stairlift?
That’s why a bought a house with no stairs
Dad told me 40 years ago that I’d get old someday and appreciate that advice
Had a couple meself.
Maybe consider staying drunk?
What is saving from falls at age 83 is this 25 minute exercise 4 times a week. My legs are still strong, and my balance is very good.
Exercise is your best friend after age 60. Better than any food, or any food supplements, or any vitamins. Those are all good, but exercise is supreme. It has given me shockingly positive results, beyond my wildest hopes.
